I’m a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Justisse Method Fertility Awareness Method educator. I specialize in the menstrual cycle, reproductive and sexual health, and all aspects of fertility (from birth control to TTC and everything in between).

My approach is person-centered, evidence-based, and reproductive justice focused with a touch of irreverence and lots of nuance. This is a judgement free zone and there’s no such thing as TMI! My passion is helping you find what’s right for you and your vagina (& uterus/ovaries/cervix)!
