In this three-hour online workshop, we'll discuss how to use the scientifically-based Justisse Method to avoid or achieve pregnancy, review the observable fertile signs of the female body, and learn the value of charting your cycle for your overall health. We will also review the reproductive anatomy and physiology. While this will be mainly lecture based, there will be ample time to ask questions and get clarity on your fertility questions.

This workshop is free and open to everyone over the age of 18, regardless of sexual orientation, gender indentification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to bring your partner(s)! Upon registration you will receive the online meeting link as well as a short questionnaire to fill out prior to the workshop.
