Did you know that you can't get pregnant any day of your cycle? That there are easily observable signs of fertility? That the menstrual cycle is an important sign of your health?

Most of us didn't learn these things growing up but you can now! Join me for an introduction to the Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness at Soul Flow Studio in North Park, San Diego. We'll discuss how to use the scientifically-based Justisse Method to avoid or achieve pregnancy, review the observable fertile signs of the female body, and learn the value of charting your cycle for your overall health. And there will be plenty of time for your questions!

This event is open to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your partner or partners! If you are under 18, you will need to attend with a parent or guardian.

Upon registration you will receive a short questionnaire to fill out prior to this event. Please fill this out at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

Advance tickets are $20, tickets are the door (if available) are $25.
