In this online presentation, we'll discuss how to use the scientifically-based Justisse Method to avoid or achieve pregnancy, review the observable fertile signs of the female body, and learn the value of charting your cycle for your overall health. This will be mainly lecture based, but there will be ample time to ask questions.

This presentation is open to everyone over the age of 18, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your partner or partners! Upon registration you will receive the online meeting link as well as a short questionnaire to fill out prior to the presentation.
