Did you know that you can't get pregnant any day of your cycle? That there are easily observable signs of fertility? That the menstrual cycle is an important sign of your health?

Most of us didn't learn these things growing up but you can now! Join me for an introduction to the Justisse Method of Fertility Awareness and the basics of using the method to avoid pregnancy (aka the No Babies Edition). We'll discuss the observable fertile signs of the female body, how to interpret them, and what it entails to use for contraception. We'll also touch on how to use the method postpartum. And there will be plenty of time for your questions!

This event will be held at the San Diego Community Birth Center and is open to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identification, or partnership status. You are welcome (and encouraged) to bring your partner or partners!
